Joe graduated in May 2018 from Penn State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in business administration. He is from Scranton, Pennsylvania. While at school, he discovered a passion for cooking, and spent much of 2019 in Australia working in a Michelin starred restaurant to improve his skill set. In fall of 2019 he moved to Carlsbad, California, to work at a local restaurant, Campfire. When Campfire closed due to COVID-19, Joe working at Joy Opens Doors as an Administrator to help with office organization and procedures. In his free time, he likes to cook, run, and write.
